Awwww. When I was just a baby, out mama kitty had her litter in my bed one night. I woke up to kittens! I love both cats & babies!
He looks like he's taking his guarding responsibilites very seriously - ah, see Vicki W just said that!

I'm not sure if it was good or not, but when my Derek was a baby, he slept toward one corner, and the cat in the other. The cat never suggled up against him, perhaps instinctively gave him space.
