I originally took this photo in 2010! (If you have been around that long, thanks.) & Yes, it still is a UFO. Not one that I pick up very often, but it is still semi active - especially since I keep adding fabric to it...
I'm not willing to say that this is my oldest UFO... Nor am I willing to figure out which one is the oldest.

Amy, oh my gosh, I haven't been here in ages. I sort of lost all the blogs I used to visit because Paul died and my life changed so drastically. I'm so happy to see you again! And I have a project like that - don't let yours get as old as mine! 25 years this summer!

I started a new project but I have a UFO from about 15+ years ago that I will finish some day.
Slow and steady - it will get done some day.
A UFO from 2010 isn't too bad. I have several that are waaaay older! And besides, hexies are the kind of thing you can pick up and put down and pick up again, no worries! :)
I haven't started hexes yet, but they are tempting! I have not finished my 2nd ever quilt...the Underground Railraod pattern. I think I have two more blocks...the ones with curves scare me!
Lovely blocks - you should work on them again Amy :-)
Hope you're feeling better by now. The hexies are starting to get under my skin but for the time being I can't start(or finish) anything until my construction is finished. I do love the scrappiness of them though and see a hexie in my future.
How's the adorable red headed reader?
I agree that a UFO from 2010 isn't bad either - I probably have 3 from that year plus lots more from before. As long as you keep plugging away and it's fun, it's worth it. I know i have some hexie projects that are going to take forever to finish...
